Google is been sued by Viacom. The lawsuit complains about clips of TV Shows being shown on Youtube which Viacom hold the copyright. Some of the said shows include the hit adult cartoon South Park and the other Comedy Central hits Such as The Daily Show and the Colbert Report.

The lawsuit is for bilion dollars and demands Youtube for proper filtering techique to prevent them from being shown on Youtube and to avoid copyright infringement acts.
