In case you’ve missed it there a new traffic exchange launched on August 1st. Nothing unusual about that - traffic exchanges are launched on a pretty regular basis, many of them disappear without a trace after a few weeks.

However, this one does look to be different. The owners are promoting it very heavily and I think that it has the signs of being another TS25 or Trafficpods. You can expect to get some good exposure for your sites over the next few weeks if you signup for this one.
