Will Yoga Remove Our Stress?

These days,people are talking about stress management.We manage our families,our money,our property,our business,etc…,in short we manage whatever is valuable to us.Why anybody manage stress? Because people have made stress as a part of life.

Stress is not part of life.It is not our lifestyle,it is not our family,it is not the situations in which,we exist which cause stress to us;it is our inability to manage our system.Our body,our mind,our emotions and our energy.We don’t know,how this system functions? How to use it proper way?

People are capable of being stressed for just about anything.You don’t need to do anything about stress;stress is like a friction of a machine.The less friction machine have,the more efficient the machine becomes.

Now i am not looking at how to manage stress,nor how to keep it under the surface.I am talking about how not to create it,because stress is our creation.If
you start the simple process of Yoga,you will find that,within eight weeks,there is considerably drop in your pulse rate,heart beat etc..

All your system will work very smoothly,because your whole system is functioning at ease.When the very nature of your existence has become ease,you
are restful all the time.Then there is no such thing as stress in your life.

We can be most effective in our life only when everything is at complete ease within.If our ability to act becomes effortless.naturally there is no such thing as stress in the universe.

If your body and mind took instruction from you,would you create stress for yourself? We need to look at the fundamentals of life,why our body and mind are
not doing what we want them to do.

If you do a process of Yoga,it needs to be in its full depth and dimension,not just physical nor mental;it has something to do with the core of your life.If all of you is not involved in the yoga that you do,if it has not been transmitted to you,it just has been taught to you,it is just a bundle of instruction only and not an initiation.If that is so,you are missing Yoga.

Yoga is not a solution to our stress.Actually there is no need of stress in our life.Yoga is removal of problem only.You don’t create stress anymore,that’s all.If you don’t create stress,then why do you need a solution for it? Stress is our making;it is not the situation,which is making stress.It is our making,we are giving the power to situation.So if you get a little deeper access to the experience of life within you,you will distinctly know this and you will drop it.
