Britney Spears’ rights to see her sons may soon be restored by mutual agreement between her and her husband.

Britney Spears was barred by court order to see her children. Her husband Kevin Federline has had custody of them since last October.

Spears’ visitation rights were taken away after the incident last month, when she refused to hand the children back to Federline. We all remember the TV images of the police at her house, and of her being taken away by ambulance.

Now the parties have reached an agreement to revise the terms of the court order, which will result in Spears’ regaining her rights to see her children again.
