Brianna Denison, who went mysteriously missing about one month ago (on January 20) has been found dead. Her body was discovered on Friday in a field in Southwest Reno.

The police say that the cause of death is strangulation. They say the killer is a serial rapist, who had attacked at least two other women.

Denison had on that fateful night gone out with friends and then went to stay at her friend’s house in Reno. She was later found missing, and blood was found on her pillow. Her cell phone and purse were left behind.

She was a student at Santa Barbara City College.

Based on DNA evidence, the police say that the suspect is connected to a number of attacks near the Reno campus. They think that he lives near the campus, and fear that he may strike again.
