Short Messages Services or well known as SMS is a good medium to promote your services, product or websites.

Some telecommunication provider (telco) gives their user a free sms services or low cost sms (i.e $0.01 each). With this services you can generates much traffic to your marketing projection.

I’ve used this technique to market my new product and services (even my website) to everyone within the reach of my handphone telco’s coverage.

I send almost around 100 sms daily either via free or paid sms. For paid SMS, i’ve used the $0.01 sms cost to send bulk sms to others my friend or family.

Don’t spam other’s that you don’t even know. Please asked their permission first before you send the sms. I know later on everyone will send spam to others. As I said earlier, I don’t condone spam.

It just merely a sms promotion. It just like an opted-in marketing via a newsletter. Don’t breach the ettique. Please don’t abuse the free SMS services to much. Make a wisely move on the marketing sides.
