Small and Fast Freeware Images Viewer and Editor

ArtSee - a small, portable (no installation needed), and fast graphics (slideshow) viewer and basic editor. It displays the image files in a folder tree. Lots of features and options packed in a small executable. Settings saved to .ini file in the artsee folder).
