She Told Me

I would say that this move was not just expected but is largely anticipated. Long after, Google received first requests from its publishers to improve the AdSense reporting statistics on earnings, Google AdSense have finally announced on coming integration between AdSense and Analytics stats.

This features is not available to all publishers yet but earlier or later you will see an invitation in your AdSense admin area. Here is how AdSense describes it:

“You’ll now have access to granular reports that break down AdSense performance both by page and by referring site. Armed with this new data about user behavior, you’ll be able to make more informed decisions on how to improve the user experience on your site and optimize your AdSense units to increase your revenue potential”.

With new reporting opportunities, you will be able easily find out which pages on your blog are doing good, and which pages should be improved. Better understanding will help to tweak your site for more profitable results.

Here’s a video from AdSense that hopefully sheds some more light on this new feature for those of us not yet able to access it.
