In addition to my internet marketing and affiliate marketing sales work, I’m a full time real estate investor. I’m about to start my third year in this line of work, and though it was not easy to get going, it has proven to be very lucrative as well as enjoyable! But all around me, I see & hear people who are NOT real estate invesotrs crying “The sky is falling!” “The bubble has popped!” “Real estate is dead!”
Why is it that the people who don’t have any experience in this field are the ones who are talking the loudest?
Where are the PROFESSIONAL investors - not the uneducated speculatros - to curb the madness?
Well I can tell you one possible answer… they don’t WANT to stop anyone from saying such nonsense because it will keep more people OUT of real estate! The more people who flee from real estate, the better the deals get for myself and those like me, and the less competition we have.
So - stay out of real estate! I want the extra income! ;)
