As we grow older, there’s a tendency for our facial muscles to sag. Our skin is not as firm anymore like when we were ten or fifteen years younger. The secret to youthful glow is in the food we eat and exercising regularly plays a vital role.
A happy disposition will also lessen our facial lines. Avoidance of frowning will give us a youthful glow. Below are some exercises in order to exercise our facial muscles and ways to live healthy. We exercise almost everyday to tone our body, however, we forget that we also have to exercise our facial muscles. Having a toned body and youthful face will add up to a healthy personality. Ones’ confidence is boosted if you look and feel healthy. So, why not do the following exercises everyday to have a youthful you. It’s simple than you expected.
1) After exercising, smile from ear to ear six to eight times. Do this daily or every other day.
2) Open your mouth and say “blah” sticking your tonque outside for a few minutes. Repeat four to five times.
3) Wash your face with cold water two to three times a week to have a pinkish blush on your cheeks.
4) Get at least 8 hours of sleep every day.
5) Hydrate your body by drinking at least 6 glasses of water daily.
6) Eat a diet with mostly of vegetables and fish.
7) Eat lots of fruits.
8) Take Vitamin A, C & E supplements if possible.
Aging is a normal human process. We can’t avoid or even stop it. Nobody is exempted from it. However, we can do something in order to slow down the aging process. Just follow the above advice and you can notice the results after a few weeks.
