Their managers understand that every affiliate the company has represents the company in the eyes of the customers, at least to some extent. And they also understand that every affiliate can make a significant contribution to the development of the company, and I’m not talking only money here.

In turn, they expect from you valuable insight into how the products fare in the real world and how the customers feel about the company, the brand, the products and anything else related to the business.
