sometimes tea is even better than water

drink | health | tea | weight loss

It has always been a wonderful experience for me to “eat” something and “write” something about what I was eating. I can concentrate really hard on writing in this way :)

I have been “lazyinggg” this morning and looking
for topic to write about and drinking tea. Suddenly
the cup in my hand (with it’s anti-oxidant-ful gesture) gave me this clue.So I started writing about what I am drinking now.

“If you drink three or more cups of tea a day you might be doing your health more good than drinking plain water”

Their argument is quite simple:
water = water
tea = antioxidants + water

And what these antioxidants along with other ingredients can do to our health?
Here is the list:
1. prevent cell damage
2. cut the chance of having heart attack
3. protect against cancer
4. protect against tooth decay &
5. strengthens bone

hooooooooooooo.
what u know. I suddenly started feeling my tea pot being a little bit more aristrocatic.
