Hi, I found out that I spent a lot of my time just to update or let’s say to refresh my websites with adsense ads. Few months ago I joined to Magnify.net video revenue sharing community and started to create video channels. Until now I create about 36 specialized video channels with more than 10000 videos collected (well 100 are mine, but this is just a drop in the bucket).
And what was the reason to do that?
Well, at first, I enjoy in creating short videos, I do this for hobby more than 15 years, here’s the page I created for my music videos. It’s old page, but I renew it last year with my revverized videos. First I have there RealMedia and wmv videos but that technology costs a lot (storage and bandwidth) and when flash video came with videohosters I change everything quickly.
Second, last year big changes happen, videorevolution came on the net and change (just a little, but enough) a way and position of user generated content. Users finally got paid for their content (That’s true, but you have before and now also affiliate programs for website owners) and their contribution in social networks. So I started to upload my videos everywhere, created video channels at Magnify.net, create lenses at Squido, channels at VodPod, post blogs to Senserely, etc….The last created channel is Famous videoblogs where I collected LoneLyGirl15, LisaNova, AskNinja, Mentos and other popular vlogers. I got an idea for this when I read somewhere that YouTube will pay most popular users….
And, of course, I started to earn some revenue for all this activities. And main question: How much you earn? Hehe, that’s the reason why I wrote first sentence of this post: depends on time I spent on these activities. It’s now between 100-300$ month, it grows constantly in simply manner: more time I spent to all of this activities - more revenue I get. The fact is that I found out that I spent almost all my free time for this activities now. Is it worth?
