Increase and organize your web presence with Pageflakes

community | organize | pageflakes | presence | revenue | share | tool | web

I wrote this because I mean that this kind of tool, or social network, or community (but in first case tool, I think) it could increase your visibility on the web which means that your content will have more visitors (traffic). You can grab content from various sources and organize it in a way you like, so this could be personal organizer/reminder/reference point too. You can build complete new site from these sources and also distribute this sources as a flakes to other(yours) sites.

The web has too much information and it’s very hard to track everything you want. But these site can help you where you can pull content together and organize it in easy way. Pageflakes is also on the TOP 25 PC Magazine’s Web Sites to Watch. Pageflake users created and shared more than 100 000 pages around the world, all available in the Pagecast Directory.

So, what is Pageflakes?

Pageflakes is or could be your personalized homepage on the Web. Your favorite news, weather, sports, entertainment, photos, videos, music, email and much more – all on one page that you can access from anywhere. What’s more, you can collaborate on your page with your friends, or publish it to the entire world.

Pageflakes is the easy and fun way to customize the Internet and make it yours! Until now you had to go to different web sites to check your email, start Web searches, get weather information and so forth. With Pageflakes, you can put all the things that you like on the Web on one page, similar as on a personalized google page. Moreover, you can use Pageflakes to share stuff with friends and to meet new people who share your interests.

Also, as I mentioned above, the logical outcome of all these activities (esspecially with sharing your content and meeting new people) will bring you more traffic (and, consenquently you’ll get more revenue). Best of all, Pageflakes is free!

For easier understanding I made (hmm..maybe is better word - produce?) some pages - you can call them personal pages, example pages, information pages, whatever, they’re made for presenting extraordinary Pageflakes technology to you.
At first, link to all my Pageflakes: http://www.pageflakes.com/ilbiscom, (well I don’t work a lot with design, I used only basic colors, nothing else…), this is Media-World or my startpage, where I have personal blog, than I put there all my Revver videos (just copy&paste RSS code of my channel from Revver) and three most important videos for me as a content creator and sharer:
Do You Wanna Work Together? - video about Creative Commons license, than
The Machine is Us/ing Us - quick and clear explanation about Web 2.0 and
the easiest way to understand Social Networks - video Social Networks in plain English.

The next page I created there is Music - where present music channels I created at Magnify.Net: I created there nine music videochannels and I put them all at Pageflakes via RSS codes or via widgets. You can see how that kind of page (with more than 3000 videos) looklike: http://www.pageflakes.com/ilbiscom/10368071.

Then I have Movies page (naturally, we all love movies, aren’t we?), also from my Magnify channels - one part is Public domain movies, than New movie trailers and last - Movie reviews. So, if you’re not sure which movie to watch, just go there, choose movie, watch trailer or read review. Decision which movie to watch will be easier. Choose the Movie page here: http://www.pageflakes.com/ilbiscom/10368030.

Next example is my Flixya page - as you know, Flixya is leading “share everything” site and on that page I put everything I share on Flixya - videos, photos and blogs. You can always check my fresh Flixya content here: http://www.pageflakes.com/ilbiscom/10451037.

And my Senserely pagecast - all my Senserely posts are there: http://www.pageflakes.com/ilbiscom/13284042.

If you’re more interested, you can check my Magnify.net examples, my Revver videos pagecast, The Newsroom or Sports.

What to say more? I’ll definitively create more Pageflakes pages.

Video I choose for today is:
The Next Internet Millionaire Episode Two
The second episode of The Next Internet Millionaire reality show hosted by Joel Comm with special guest Armand Morin.
