My week this week, fitness and dance

What’s been going on with me over the last few days? Hmmm. well in the last 7 days I’ve been doing some exercise as I said to myself I would be pushing myself to do some. I’ve done 2 half hour aerobics sessions, 2 half hour funky dance sessions and started learning a new dance routine..as I haven’t got much money I’ve been using free online workouts and free choreography I’ve found from a few different sources online. There’s some breakdancing there, free dance fitness workouts, some free funky routines and aerobics 10 minute workouts… I must admit, I do love dancing, specially jazz and street…I’ve done a few workshops for others as well and also some aerobics and relaxation classes…but if u want to be a pro you’ve got to be fast to pick up routines. If you know the steps, or moves for any style, you will be able to follow the routines easier, also you should really dance to a style you like as a lot of dancing looks better if it’s more natural and is usually danced to music, so if you feel the music, then you find the steps and moves are easier to do…MORE LATER
