One of the things I like doing is swimming. I love swimming in fresh water and sea water pools and in the sea. I find it very relaxing. Sometimes if I swim out far then it can get a bit scary. I’m quite a good swimmer really as I practice a lot - well I haven’t been swimming for a few months now so I’d have to go again for a few weeks - but usually I can swim for a long time, but once I was swimming and I don’t know what happened but suddenly I felt like I couldn’t move anymore. The water surrounded me and I thought I would drown. But I have been told about this and the worse thing to do is panic. So I just ignored it and waited for about 5 minutes, breathed and the feeling went away. The sea is so big, you have to be careful if you’re not used to it cause once you leave the shoreline and other swimmers you can feel quite alone.
