I dont have a credit card, and I want to buy something online for 20 bucks.Is there a card I can buy in a store that I will pay in money, and I can use the card to pay for the thing online?

You can usually find these cards at check cashing places. They cost $10.00 to buy and a fee to load money. Some people also open savings accounts that offer debit cards with no minimum balance required. and whenever they need to make a payment they just deposit the money in the account and use the debit card.
You can go to any money mart or cash lending place and they can usually set you up with a prepaid mastercard or visa. i have one and i think it only cost me 10 bucks to get it and to load money onto it there is a 2.00 fee. its not bad and very very handy without risking my credit.
Pre-Paid credit cards. You can find them in drugstores. Yes, you can use them like a regular credit cards.
