Almost everywhere you find an electrical outlet to charge your cell pone-right? In trains, cars, shopping malls, railway stations-just about everywhere there is a facility to charge your mobile but it is not the case in rural areas where there are no shopping malls or railways stations.
Though the cell phone service providers have penetrated deeply into the nation, the mobile phone users may suddenly find themselves with dead phones and they will have no way to charge their cell phone.
For example, farmers who are out on their fields can’t even think of finding an electrical outlet to charge their mobile phones.
