Yes, but I was aware of it

Yes, but I was aware of it for a long time, before I started senserely.com I asked adsense if I could use adsense in the domain name and they said I have to ask permission by sending letters (via normal mail) to somewhere, I just went with a name without adsense in the domain name.
I was also aware of a site who has had his adsense ads disabled on a domain and had to change it despite the site being popular with the previous name, so the webmaster lost a lot of benefit of the backlinks still pointing to the old url.

I knew it, that’s why I didn’t call it adsense-digg (available) which would be better, but I choose adsensigg so that I won’t have problem with adsense nor digg, but after 10 months they got me, and when I specified that it wasn’t really their trademark, they said it was too much on the edge, well fuck it, that’s life.

Cheers,
James
