Take advantage of the benefits of free directory submission to ensure your website’s success, but some submissions may not be worth your while.

After registering a website on the Mixcat search engine and internet directory at mixcat.com, I started receiving scores of email from veretekk members using veretekk or veremail email addresses. Apparently they are happy to list your website so that they can harvest your email for their “mailing system.” At some point when confirming my submission I most likely “opted in” to receive email from them. Go ahead and list your site on mixcat, but BE AWARE that, if you list your site here, you will be receiving many emails on a daily basis from them. My recommendation would be to register using an email address set up especially for the purpose of receiving tons of junky or unimportant emails.

You will get several emails each day such as:
