Everyone knows that it is important to increase backlinks to your website. The more links you have, the more “important” your website is to search engines. It’s also important that you stay away from poor quality links and links that have absolutely no worth or connection to your site. With the free program you are required to place a page with a script that connects to the growing list of participating sites and a link on one of your pages. Although not every site on the list is a great site, there are plenty of nice links on the list that can benefit your site no matter what your topic is and no links that will be detrimental to your website. Another program I found to be effective is LinkExchangeExperts.com. I curently use this on one of my PR4 websites and I have 834 links. They were also very responsive whenever I found a questionable or dead link, so I think these links have been helpful to my page ranking. One thing I really like is that about their program is that you can pick three key words or phrases that will be used in your links on the other sites. (They also have a VIP membership in addition to their free service.)
This is definitely a good tool for keyword links, because entering your keyword in your link titles will increase your chances of getting ranked in the top positions for that keyword or phrase. Whenever you link, try using your most important keywords or phrases as anchor texts for your links. This will aid you in getting better rankings for those keywords.
