You’ve seen this before, I’d assume, so I’m not going to go too far into the details. The game is a matter of collaborating to write a never ending story, by means of commenting to publish sentences continuing the story on from previous comments. I’ll explain.
Here’s the first part of the story:
“The Blogfeast administrator was having a nice day in the park, when, all of a sudden,…”
The first person to comment to this gets to finish off the sentence. The reply could be “a television set fell from the sky,” or, perhaps, “twin sets of briefcases collided in front of him.” As long as it doesn’t end the story, it’s fine. After that comment, the next person would comment and continue on the story. For example, if the first sentence was “The Blogfeast administrator was having a nice day in the park, when, all of a sudden, a banana bounced in front of his feet,” the next person may comment, saying, “He picked it up and took a bite.” The next person to comment may write something along the lines of: “the administrator discovered a ring in the middle of the banana,” and so on. We keep going until, well, we don’t feel like it any more!
Enough talking; it’s time to write. Remember, the first person to comment is finishing the sentence of “The blogfeast administrator was having a nice day in the park, when, all of a sudden,….” To make sure that nobody has already commented, refresh this page before replying with the next sentence. Have fun, and here’s hoping for a great story!
