Are You an eBay Affiliate Yet?

| | | | | |

Lately my focus has been on creating niche sites for advertising eBay auctions. The eBay affiliate program can be very lucrative and I have access to some good coaching, which is a blessing.

One way to create the niche sites is using Wordpress blogs. A friend of mine, Azlan Kasim, built a plugin for Wordpress that will display eBay auctions right in your blog posts. It looks cool, it’s very easy to set up, and best of all it’s free.

Deal Dot Com: Viral and Lucrative?

| | |

Jason Potash and friends have just launched Deal Dot Com. Have you heard of it yet?

This is a brand new website that will offer a discounted Internet marketing product every day. The products will high quality and already well known. You’ll be able to pick up some gems at a great price.

It’s free to sign up with Deal Dot Com and only costs something if you buy a product. Pretty cool.

The best deal though is the 2 tier affiliate program. You earn a profit when anyone you refer buys a product!

Who Ever Heard of E1KaDay?

| | |

It feels so much easier lately to take consistent action on what I’m learning. This is greatly influenced by the membership forum I belong to at earn1KaDay.com. It’s a very active, generous, supportive group of people. The owner, Dennis Becker, is creating video series to demonstrate methods to earn income online. There are 2 very detailed tutorials and several other business models available right now and more to come. The forum is only a couple months old and is evolving according to the members’ interests. Dennis is actively involved and other leaders are emerging. It’s very exciting and pretty cheap too. Here’s a video created by one of the members if you’d like to learn more - E1KaDay

Google Search Tips from 5 Bucks a Day

|

I’m shamelessly stealing this tip right off the 5BucksaDay blog.

Dennis Becker is the author of “5 Bucks a Day,” an ebook about a system he designed to assist marketers in establishing focus in their work, leading to completing projects and experiencing some success. It’s all based on focusing on projects that will earn you $5 a day.

As a bonus to purchasing the ebook, among other things, he offers access to a forum based on the 5BaD philosophy. From experience I know it’s a great community. I learn a lot and feel free to post my questions and comments. I highly recommend the ebook and the forum.

Is Senserely Yours for Me?

| | | |

I’m getting pretty serious about only focusing on the marketing activities that are most likely to boost my income the fastest. From the looks of my adsense and affiliate stats, blogging at Senserely Yours is not a profitable activity.

So, I’m looking for some input.

What can I do to increase the likelihood of earning some income through SY? Blog more frequently? Use longtail keywords in my blog posts? Attract a downline? Be more entertaining in my writing? Include tips and ideas so readers believe they get more value?

Or maybe earning some income is an unrealistic expectation of blogging on Senserely Yours. There’s a lot competing for attention on the pages!

Blogini 2.0 is Here!

| | | | | |

So, the very official prelaunch of Blogini 2.0 is tomorrow, Wednesday, April 4 at 4:00pm Eastern time. It is really worth your while to be there to check it out. I promise!

With Blogini 2.0, there are 3 potential blogging platforms depending on your membership level. Your job is to decide on your niche(s), pick your keywords, customize your blog(s), add content, and then leave the rest to Ken Fox and his team. Behind the scenes they will build an organic network of backlinks based on your keywords.

You can let go of the link building to promote your blog(s). They’ll it for you, building your SE placement and page rank at the same time. Pretty cool since the link building part is often the hardest when creating a site. Blogini 2.0 does it for you!

Domain Parking

| | |

Has anyone here heard of WhyPark?

I just recently learned about it. It’s a site where you can park your domains and earn revenue at the same time. The difference between WhyPark and other domain parking programs is that they don’t just create a page with a list of links. With WhyPark you enter your keywords and a whole content site is created. You can include adsense or other contextual option, text links, and even sell links.

I decided to give it a try.

Promoting Adsense Websites

| | | |

I have just spent days creating blogs that are attached to my adsense sites. Lots of work! But it should be cool. I put in lots of content that can just drip in there over the next several months, creating backlinks for my keywords. That’s the plan anyway, and I’m glad it’s done for awhile.

With the coaching program I joined, we are done with the adsense component and I really should have about 15 sites going already. I have 5 completed. What I have found is that traffic is very low and I do really need to promote, promote, and promote. That means article submissions, social bookmarking, blog links, etc. It all takes a considerable amount of time. Until I’m ready to outsource more, I am committing to doing what needs to be done. And to be honest, I do want some evidence that the sites will be profitable before I put anything more than my time into them.

Article Marketing

| | | |

I’ve just completed signing up for 263 article directories, as part of my promotion efforts for my adsense websites. These directories are all PR3-PR6. There are about 140 more directories PR0-PR2 that are waiting if I decide I’d like even more exposure. My goal here is to build backlinks and hopefully draw some traffic. If I submit 6 articles per site to start with, it should have an impact.

I’m using Article Post Robot to actually post the articles to the directories. I’ve heard it’s a very effecient tool. So far APR has been very easy to navigate in registering for the directories. I think I’ll rewrite the articles a bit and send them out. That’ll be the bigger test of the software.

Blogger and Web Traffic

| |

I’ve heard twice today that creating Blogger blogs is a great way to promote another website or serve as a gateway for affiliate marketing. It can’t be an accident that I’ve heard it twice. I’ll get a couple started this week. Cool.

Adsense is a puzzle to me. Is it dead after all? I wonder. I’ve created a bunch of sites and am working on drawing traffic. The clicks I do get are worth peanuts, even with great keywords. It’s not what I expected when I started and I really feel like I’ve done my homework. Looks like I’ll have to set my sights on thousands of visitors a week. I can do that.
