Wow! What I am about to write are things that you may or may not know about Google. Now I have been using the internet for over 10 years, I even have my own web development company, and I just discovered things about Google that I didn’t even know.

For instance, I knew that the email for Google - gmail - existed, but I had always heard that the only way you can get an account is if you are personally invited by someone that currently has a gmail account. Partially true. That is omly ONE way you can get a gmail account. But there is another way as well.

If you own a cell phone, you can also aquire an email (or should I say GMAIL) account. Just go to Google Gmail. From there just click on the “Sign Up For Gmail” account link, fill out the form and then enter your cell phone number. Google will then send a text message to your phone with an invitation code. Plug in your invitation code and Shazzam….you have a Gmail account.
