Hey. Smallville has always been one of my favorite shows, and I read the Tv guide description of what’s to come for the next season. Apparently, the Green Arrow will be making a few appearances… (Green arrow was a character who fought alongside the Green Lantern) and will be a good guy. It is also rumored that he mentions making a “league” of people like him to fight the evil in the world.

Haha. The Justice League. This is what he is silently hinting at. And as anyone who has been avidly watching the seasons knows, the Flash also mentioned wanting to make a ’league’ of people like him. Im thinking that at some point during this season, we will see the Flash and Green Arrow in a duel appearance.

I just saw the movie Crank today. Let me tell you: I don’t care what anyone says about this movie, if you like action, and a little revenge, then go see this movie. Jason Statham does an excellent job portraying Chev Chellios (? dont know how to spell last name), who has been poisoned with a toxin that will kill him unless he keeps his adrenaline up.

This movie has all kinds of things, but one of the most unique thing about it is the innovation in the way it was filmed. It uses all kinds of new angles and perspectives, as well as a few freeze frame captures and a GPS map system, if you can even believe that.

One thing that every guy wants is big biceps… But most guys dont know how to get there. All they know is that you have to lift weights. Well, in reality, getting those huge guns is a little more complex, but still relatively easy to achieve.

Ive found that using heavy weights that you can lift in succession about 8 times before not being able to is a good weight amount to start with. What you want to do is do 2 - 3 sets of standing curls. Which means just stand up, and bring the weight up using your arms. But the trick here is to supinate your wrists. When you almost through the movement, and your palm reaches your shoulder with the weight in hand, slightly turn your wrist, so you bring your pinky finger closer to your shoulder. This supination stimulated extra growth at the peak of the biceps, so in time, you’ll get those high peaked biceps you see in bodybuilders.

Until recently, I thought the only way to create a professionally designed website was to Learn, in great detail, html, java, and css to be able to code the webpage. Then I discovered that there are an abundance of links to FREE web page designs that are basically copy and paste code into notepad.

Now, instead of having to take the tedious process creating web pages from scratch, or getting bland templates from free hosting sites, you can have a great looking webpage for free. The only stipulation is that in almost all circumstances, the designer wants his web site address and a watermark at the bottom of the home page, but this is a small price to pay. Most people wont even look at it.

Little Miss Sunshine - 7/10

I gave this movie an average rating, based on personal opinion, that it was going to be screamingly hilarious. I reached this prejudgement by all the publicity and commercialization of the movie. Only to my suprise, it wasn’t as much of a comedy as it was a generally heart warming movie.

Now, this movie does have it’s funny points, and Steve Carrell does a great job in this film. His lack of emotion at all the key points and that kinky run he has makes some parts of this movie really enjoyable. But the real gem in this film is the ending. It really teaches you a life lesson, despite all the wacky things that happen on the way there.

So me and a few of my friends all brought our DS’ to lunch period to DL play Mario Cart DS. We got to about the third track when ’la policia’ confiscate all the “contraband” and take our systems to the front office. This isn’t right. No public disruption, no disputes, we weren’t bothering anyone. They just took our shizzle. This was outright wrong. Then they called us up to the administration building one by one to tell us that they mistook us for some other rowdy kids with DS’ (? what ?) and that they made a mistake in taking ours. They also said that it was vital to our overall environment if we keep them out of site.

Everyone in this day and age is looking for a solution to a flatter chest/tummy. And some may say that working out the abdominal region is how you achieve that goal. But much to their suprise, that’s only half the story.

You see, the abdominal area is actually a very small muscle group in density and thickness. And it’s almost always covered in fat. Well, in reality, seeing that chisled 6-pack and defined tummy isnt all about working out. The other half of the equation is “body fat reduction”. Yes. The body’s total body fat is half the reason you don’t see that nice tummy you desire. The key is to diet enough to lose the body fat. That’s why you see skinny guys and girls with no body fat and with fairly well defined abdominal regions.

The public school system in San Antonio is quite appaulting. If anyone lives around this region, you might have heard of the recent ’make-over’ given to the Alamodome.
The price? Around a couple million dollars.
The make-over itself? Just a paint job.

But what makes this so frustrating is that this money could have been used for improving the schools, such as issuing new textbooks, creating new elective courses, and extracurricular activities, which are drastically decreasing due to budget problems. But no, the brains that manage our fair city thought it best to pour that money into a paint job for a sports complex.
