I hope everyone living in uk had a good bank holiday. If you don’t know about holidays over here in the summer they have around 3 to 4 bank holidays where businesses close on Monday and everyone has a 3 day break. Most of the shops in London stay open and there are a lot of nightclubs, bars and venues which have special events going on just for the bank holidays. This was the last one of the summer, and it was also Nottinghill carnival - but the weather wasn’t great and it rained a lot!!

I’ve got a lot of information about getting fit on my blog at Urban Arts. There’s free workouts you can do, fitness and exercise tips, information on nutrition and dieting, workout dvd’s you can buy and lots on dance fitness. If you want to get fit, Urban Arts is a good place to start. You can find out about different types of exercise and also about ways to get fit.

I think the trick with Senserely is to try and write a blog post every day rather than 3 a week at the same time. But sometimes this is difficult for me as I am busy and also I disconnected my last internet service recently and am getting a new connection next week. It’s also a good idea to network with the other bloggers here and visit their blogs. I haven’t done this yet but I’ve been meaning to..Hmm. But leaving comments to posts you find interesting and adding other members as buddies is a great way to start a blogging network.

Ok I’m reconnected to the internet. I’ve got a usb modem so I can use the internet on the go using mobile broadband. I got 3 - three.co.uk. It seems to be working ok so far and really easy to use just plug in and a wizard comes up to install the software. You connect and disconnect to the internet as you want. And can top up £10, £15, £25 a month which gives you different gig usage. So for £15 you get 3 gigs which is about 300 hours a month plus downloads like music, video clips and sending and reading emails.

I’m sorry to any of my readers here but I haven’t written in this blog now for nearly 2 weeks. It’s my fault I thought I wrote some posts last Monday and I promised myself to write every week here at least once or twice. I’ve been quite busy over the last week and have disconnected from my last internet service. I think I’m going to get a plug and play modem for mobile broadband which is only about 3 meg speed and allow you about 100 hours a month - if you want more you have to get a contract for a year and then get 7 megs plus around 200 hours a month.

I’ve done quite a few posts on becoming a fashion model on my blog CYBERCOOLSNEWS There’s lots of tips about getting started in modeling, getting your portfolio done and z card and promoting yourself at agencies, plus some links to modeling websites and free to join modeling sites where you can upload your photos, add your bio and network with photographers, fashion agents and agencies, and other models. Plus some of them also list castings you can apply for,and help you to apply directly online from your members area.

I’ve been very busy over the last week and haven’t been writing much in my blog here at Senserely so anyone reading sorry about this. All I’ve done really is add a few of my sites to bookmarking sites to see if I can get any traffic and more more viewers and readers. I’ve done some promotion work for Mac who had 2 parties here at 2 different funky bars in the West End. I wore the make up and gave out promotional flyers for their different cosmetic ranges. It was quite cool really, near Soho and Covent Garden.
