I have got a called from the company called as the Fabtech technology international pvt. ltd. concerning about my jobs to the service engineer. One lady has called me for this jobs she told me whether “you are interested in this job or not” I told her that I am interested in this job. So she called me for the interview after third day when I got a call from the company. She has given me the contact number & address of the company where I have to go for the interview. At first I was very nervous and at that moment I was very serious about my future. So I went there. When I was in that company the receptionist says whom do you want to meet. I have said that I am not here to meet anybody, I have been called from your company for the interview of service engineers as ” I’m a Diploma Holder in Mechanica engineering”. So he dialled a phone to somebody and she says to me to go down in the sixth floor. So i went there and I see no body is roaming in that floor so I have have sit down where there was chair lying there. Then two of the gentlemen comes and said “Why are you sitting here”? I said that I have come for the interview and i dont know where to go for the interview, the receptionist had said go the sixth floor and there air pac export, which was the reception room of Fabtech technology. The two man said it is there, So i went there and sit there in the reception room. Then comes the H.R and she said comes with me and I have went with her for the interview in her cabin. She asked some question and I have given all the answer she asked. After sometime she has taken up i.e the 7th floor which is the main office of Fabtech for further interview. She asked the same question and I have given the same answer as i have given in the sixth floor. After sometime she said, I will call back you, as you have given your contact number. I know that I havent get the job but I think why did they dont tell at our face that you have not get job why did they tell we will call back? This is the only answer I wanted to know.

That’s how it is when the employers are in power, but in the days 2000 if you were working in internet, you could really have the power and employers will be at your feet becuse they needed people to work for them and there were more job offers than people who could fulfill them.
Now, it’s not the same story and the employers have choice.
